Private Yoga Classes are a wonderful way to build your strength, balance, flexibility and knowledge - quickly!

Unlike group classes these sessions are tailored directly to you taking into account your level of experience, your challenges & your goals.

Whether you’ve never stepped on the mat before, or are seasoned practitioner these sessions are designed to help deepen your knowledge and elevate your connection to your body, breath and the practise as a whole.

Each session will be an opportunity to build upon the last so that you see and feel progression far more quickly than you will at a normal studio class.

Your personal development are at the very heart of these sessions so, unlike group classes, you have plenty of time to ask questions and keep an open dialogue throughout.

The beauty of these sessions is all you need is a little time (60 minutes), some space for your mat, and a wifi connection which means they can slip into your day whenever suits you! (no need to trudge home after a glorious savasana).

1:1 Sessions….

Take place in the comfort of you own home (all you need is a mat and a wifi connection!)

Can be scheduled between 7am and 5pm Monday- Friday.

12 sessions split between a 3 or 6 month basis.

1 Lump Sum of £840.00

3 Monthly Payments of £288.00 p/m

6 Monthly Payments of £149.00 p/m
